          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 57860
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FILESAVE: file extension not added when saving a file
                    with '.' in filename
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 3.6.3.2 release
         Component: Libreoffice
           Product: LibreOffice

When saving a file with a '.' in the file name, LibreOffice does not add the
file extension to the document. For instance, if a document is saved with the
name "untitled.1," that is what it will be saved as.

To reproduce, create a new LibreOffice document and save it with '.' in the
file name. The resulting document will not have a file extension.

This occurs with the "Automatic file name extension" checkbox checked.
