It really doesn't need a sample document, for people affected by this, just
filling your worksheet with the currency symbol will trigger it (or in cases I
heard about, any Chinese text).
>From my (far from comprehensive or clear) understanding, this bug depends on
the default fallback order of the fonts on the user's system, font rendering
options (openGL? antialiasing?), and perhaps the final font that contains the
problematic glyph in the fallback font list. All these make it super tricky to
reproduce.
