I experienced the same thing when upgrading from LibreOffice 6.2.7.1 to 6.3.5:
macOS Catalina 10.15.3
Mac mini (2018)
3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5
16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
DELL P2715Q (3840 x 2160) Resolution Default for display

The PNG files attached by the original poster show exactly what I experienced:
UI text is clear, but context text is quite blurry.
I tried various suggestions I found in the community forum, but the only way I
could fix it was to revert LibreOffice 6.2.7.1.
I've been using LibreOffice for years and have never previously experienced
anything like this. Also, I'm not having issues with any other apps I use.
