4. If there is a difference, then shouldn't this be made clear in the
documentation? (I could not find any explanation)
If not a difference, then I would propose that at least for "style window" that
the expression "Style window" is used consistently (and not "style deck")
This would involve changes in 8 files (covering all modules)
