Steps to reproduce:
1. Install MRI 1.3.4 ( https://github.com/hanya/MRI/releases )
2. Restart -> There is an menu entry ( Add-ons ) in Tools menu
3. Remove the profile folder
4. The entry is no longer available. However, the extension is still installed.
