Expanded formula bar in landscape mode

to reproduce
1 - open a spread sheet
2 - click (touch) the down arrow 'Expand Formula Bar' on the formula bar
result
(see attached screen shots)
The formula bar is drown with the top most of it hidden. There is now no way to
close, or un-exand the bar.
