Confirmed fix in LibreOffice_6.4.2.1_Linux_x86-64_deb from the per-release
branch. All the toolbar buttons work, although the Format->Align->[Left,
Center, Right, Justified] menu options are still disabled. Clicking on them has
no effect. (The currently applied alignment setting is selected).
As a precaution I reopened the bug since I'm not sure if it's related and I
wasn't sure if this additional comment would be surfaced to those who would
know since it was closed.
