Steps to Reproduce:
1. file->new->master document
2. expand the sidebar and select the navigator
3. if not in master mode select master in the navigator
4. right click on the single "text" entry and select delete
Actual Results:

const: Assertion `m_pIndexReg == rIndex.m_pIndexReg' failed.
