Also, if you change the page style of endnotes (in Tools > Footnotes and
Endnotes), you get the same thing happening: i.e. the "Same Content on first
page" option is again disregarded.
P. S. If you repeat this test, be aware that you will also encounter Bug
131132. Save, close and reload the file as a workaround.
