UPDATE UPDATE
Not sure if this information works for others running windows 10 but microsoft
now offers LO in the app store for free so i took the chance and downloaded the
app and it works great!! Before doing this i tried again to download and
install from your website and still the program would not open but after
getting the app I'm back in business!! Thanks
