Skia: slow page scaling in Writer (and with some delays)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Skia
2. Open file from attach
3. Try scale it with Ctrl+mouse wheel (increase-decrease-increase-...) => it's
slow and with some delays comparise with nonSkia mode
ps: possibly a problem is in Skia/Raster mode...
Actual Results:
Page scaling is slow
Expected Results:
Page scaling is fast as in nonSkia mode
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
