Had a long discussion with Michael Meeks about this one on the mailing list. In reduced form it will probably end up in the set of test documents for the performance tests that will run on the tinderboxes. I don't know if it will be running on the Windows tinderboxes though (loperf.sh = unix shell script with lot's of dependencies on Linux tools like valgrind, sed, etc...)
