The Search and Replace keyboard shortcut Ctrl-H is missing whenever all the
other Ctrl-* shortcuts are offered.
I am using the French UI and couldn’t check is the problem is specific to that
language or generalized.
Expected: Have Ctrl-H to invoke the Search and Replace feature.
