Unable to produce reports in Librebase ver 4.0.0.0.alpha1 on Ubuntu Quantal.
Click on 'use wizard to create report' and the response is 'No valid report
template was found.' Please refer to Launchpad bug no 779798 which is a replica
of the current situation. The report designer does not function either. The
previous bug (779798) might have been fixed in Oneiric, but it is back alive
and well.
