@Bartosz: Please take over again. I have enhanced the linear/radial gradients
to do all you will need (hopefully). Have checked if I could identify errors in
orienation (comment 21), but seems to require more knowledge on EMF+ do do so.
Please also see comment 19 regarding BrushTypePathGradient.
