I am not David Strozzi, but I am dealing with this bug, and I have the info!
When I run Inside Clipboard on what's clipped from Snip&Sketch, I get:

It turns out that I *can* paste this into a blank IrfanView window, then
re-copy to the clipboard & paste it into LibreOffice, no problem.
I am not capable of truly debugging at this level, but I can follow
instructions!
