Description:
When tools bar and navigator are shown in the same time, location of bars are
not saved.
I set the tools bar on the right and navigator on the left.
When I close the app and open it again, I get both of them on the left.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.set navigator and tools bar visible, one on the left and the other one on the
right.
2. close the app
3. open it again, you'll find both of them on the left
Actual Results:
you'll find both of them on the left
Expected Results:
to keep the side where you set them last time.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
