Thanks for clarification. But I disagree, that this is intuitive. If header has
only one paragraph (I assume, that are the most cases), it's not possible to
mark only the text. It's good to have the possibility to mark also the frame,
but I would expect, that it's also possible to mark only the text of the
heading. So for me not a regression, but still a bug.
