Document to test blur effect from option "filter" in "3D Effects" dialog

The 3D Effects dialog has an option "Filter" in the register "Textures". It
should enable a blur effect for the filling. That had worked till OOo2.4.3 and
is broken at least since OOo3.2.1.

Open attached file, select the cube and look at it with huge zoom. Set the
filter on, apply, set the filter off, apply. Notice, that nothing changes.

The attached image shows a screenshot of the expected blur result, taken from
OOo2.4.3.

I'm not sure what to do. There are no bug reports so far, not here and not in
Apache Bugzilla. No one seems to miss the feature, which would speak for
removing it totally. On the other hand the corresponding attribute
dr3d:texture-filter belongs to ODF. Perhaps hide it from the UI and add a
comment to the class TexturePrimitive3D until it is fixed? I do not expect a
quick fix, other areas are more important.
