The issue still occurs if the gtk(3) backend is used:
E.g. with Gnome3 as desktop, the print dialog is too high. But if libreoffice
is started with
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen libreoffice
the native user inferface is used and the print dialog fits into the screen.
(Tested with Gnome 3.36, LibreOffice 6.4.2.2, 1366x768)
