1. Enter some lorem ipsum at the document and create footnotes
2. Use Insert > ToC & Indexes > Index Entry... to create entries for the
alphabetical ToC and check Apply to all similar texts in order to affect the
footnotes as well
Expectation: Footnotes are also respected for the ToC (it works like this on
MSO Word).
