UI: No mouse over effect when selecting arrow style in sidebar
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Insert a Shape
3. In the sidebar -> Properties deck -> Line -> click the select arrow style
drop down button. Hoover over the items -> No mouse over effect
Actual Results:
No mouse over effect
Expected Results:
Mouse over effect
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
