B&N take the bullets from the respective gallery, ie. the tab "Image" is filled
with the first 12 bullets and Customize: Number=Graphics, Graphics: Select
lists all items from the gallery.
It's not clear (or shouldn't) that a gallery is delivered and furthermore the
long dropdown list is awkward.
Proposal is to ship a few hard-coded items.
