Can you try repairing the installation? Select modify option next to
LibreOffice under Apps and Features on Windows 10. Select "Repair" when
installation dialog launches.
Just a hypothesis but installing new version might not have touched the spots,
repair option will. If the issue persists, you can change the status back to
unconfirmed.
