It is bounded to filed "2", which doesn't exist in the table. You have only "0" → "Key" "1" → "SomeData" So this listfield shows only the actual content of "SomeData" and couldn't be changed. The field you call "buggy-drop-down list" is connected to the table. It is bounded to "Key". So you could only filter "Key" with it, not the displayed content of the drop-down-list.
