The term "physical" is used in the code for this kind of view movement [1].
.uno:PageUp and .uno:PageDown are already in use.
Maybe .uno:GoToStartOfNextPageAlignTop .uno:ScrollToStartOfPrevPageAlignTop as
suggested by Kenneth in Option (b)?
