Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert chart (Chart Type = X-Y (Scattered))
2. Hover on a point of a chart
Actual Results:
nothing happens
Expected Results:
tooltip with actual (x,y) data should be appeared
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
