Sorr, but I don't know if I understand everything. I did the following steps:
1. I've downloaded your attachment.
2. I've tried to open Excel Spreadsheet from file
3. Dobble-click inside table => Open table I can edit
4. Comparison with CreaeFromFileTest.xlsx => Can't see a diference
5. I've opened Linked Excel Spreadshee in Writer
4. Dobble-click inside table => table is opened in Excel (installed on my
laptop)
So I can't see the problem
Please
a) Try to reproduce it with actual version of LO 6.4 branch
b) If the problem ist still present in LO fresh, please add some detailed steps
(like above), since this makes it easier to confirm the bug
