Thanks for looking into it, but I believe this is different to bug 123305:

* bug 123305 is about Linux and MacOS, this one about Windows
* I use the same LO version and the same icon theme on both my Windows 10 and
Ubuntu 18.04 laptops, using the same external monitor (Dell U2414Hb, 24 inch),
and I can see the issue on Windows but not Ubuntu
* The workaround I mentioned is Windows-specific, as I understand it (but I
don't know much about HiDPI and Windows, to be honest)

So for now I think it is different.

Unless someone having the issue described in bug 123305 can test turning the
application's management of HiDPI off and let the system do that, if that is
even possible on Unix systems??
