I tested the limits and found that:
{~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~} underbrace {vec v_e} was ok
{~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~} underbrace {vec v_e} crashed.
But, if I copy paste first one then I add extra "~" it worked.
