Hi, unfortunately, it is still impossible to move table lines as one would move
other text lines. It is very simple to arrange text lines by moving lines up
and down with CTRL ALT Up/Down. This does work consistently in Libre Office
Writer and Microsoft Word. However, it does not work in tables in Writer, only
in Word. I consider this a bug...
