sidebar to ~about all the same width, the table panel is approx 10 toolbar
buttons wide so this pane is also set to approx 10 toolbar buttons wide so the
width is determined by the width of the themes toolbar buttons, so the width of
this panel basically depends on the width of the table pane. If someone wants
to make the panel narrower the table pane is the thing that needs to be changed
to allow loosening the width of the paragraph pane
