Interesting that crash was also in OO 3.3 up to LO 3.5.
Ni repro anymore, test with today's master. WFM.
I cannot bibisect now, but it would be helpful.
There's another bug here, pasted content of 1st page looks wrong from LO 3.6.
up to 7.0.
