This is much more useable in 7.0+.
The layout code for some reason decides to split a row that shouldn't be split.
If you edit the document, push "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF YOUR APPLICATION"
onto the next page, and then delete your carriage-returns, it will not flow
back. So the general principle is right, but something in the layout triggers
an "I must split" scenario.
