I think this bug is specific to KDE.

Maybe it has something to do with the KDE5 VCL backend?
If it does there is probably already a report under:
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=KDE
But I haven't looked more into it because there is already a lot going on at
the moment around this backend.
