Whenenver a document containing Chinese characters is opened, Write displays
the message:
Missing hyphenation info Please install hyphenation package for locale "zh".
"zh" refers to Chinese which is a language without concept of hyphenation. In
fact the LibreOffice extension repository has no Chinese dictionary nor Chinese
hyphenation package.
I suggest that the info banner should be disabled for locale zh, or in general
for all languages that has no concept of hyphenation.
