On the page www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/, in the sentence 'We
maintain a number of global and local/regional mailing lists ...', the link to
'global' points to #Global_lists but should point to #Global_Lists.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/
2. Click on 'global'
Actual Results:
It doesn't work.
Expected Results:
Should go to 'Global Mailing Lists' section.
Reproducible: Always
