Now on to the actual bug, what we need is a page number to look at, the document is quite large and it's hard to tell where the issue is. On 3.6.3.2 tables look fine but general structure is broken (a separate bug for sure). I see text going on the wrong page(s) and what not. As for lines on the tables, they look perfect to me. Marking as NEEDINFO, please tell me exactly where to look and what to look for (an image attachment of what you see might help). And I'll get this triaged.
