This didn't start in 5.2.0, but in 5.3.0 / 5.2.4, and is actually a regression
from the following two commits. After the first all the non-green countries
disappeared, and the second commit resulted in the current look. Bibisected to
the 5.2 backports using repo bibisect-linux-64-5.2. Adding CC: to Tamás Zolnai.
