I tried this on linux libreoffice 6.3.5.2 and I was unable to reproduce it.
I was able to reproduce the incorrect page number problem on libreoffice 6.4.3
on mac os. I selected a paragraph on page 24, and the page number when
printing was page 32 (the last page.).
