According task-line: "Datei" bzw. "file": and other features:
1. When using language = German, so the sub-legend in these windows are given
in
German. This is o.k.
2. After switching the language = Russian, so the sub-legend in these windows
are given in Russian too. This maybe o.k. (but I would prefer having it
continued
in German.
3. When switching back to language = German, so the sub-legend in all these
windows remain in Russian. By my opinion this is NOT O.K. (It should switch
into language = German !)
