I think the general idea is to eventually drop OpenCL in favour of threaded
calculations.
The option for threaded is:
Tools - Options - Calc - Calculate: CPU Threading Settings: Enable
multi-threaded calculation
It is possible your GPU driver is problematic and thus blacklisted by
LibreOffice, so it does not allow you to turn OpenCL on. Let's close.
