I also can confirm with

CPU-Threads: 4; BS: Windows 10.0; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: win;

and also with
Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)Build ID:
8c8b3a4f83f67882b284ddc3b3fe10d3fe6dedf4CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build
18363; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win; Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Language:

Additional informations:
I have opened navigator in sidebar, because floating navigator (F5) is only in
front of the two pages (at least in my case)
It's important to follow the steps. If you move cursor to somewhre in the
middle of the document, before opeing navigator, it works as expected
I'v tried with a document of 30 pages
