Insert page break into cell A1 turns text flow break on
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a table
3. Select cell A1
4. Insert -> Page Break
Actual Results:
Nothing happening visually. However text flow break turned on
Expected Results:
Table moves the second page, page break before the table
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
