As Bart says, can you copy the version information in the About dialog?
Additionally, I can't reproduce your problem, see the screencast I'm uploading
Could you make a screencast and upload it as an attachment?

Setting the status as Needinfo, you can reset it back to Unconfirmed after
providing this information
