Well, I now this is inherited from OOo, and Google says it's "bug" #i116037#,
and that a person called Thomas Benisch was working, and it's supposed to be a
closed bug.
But I cant figure out how to enable the formula bar in Calc when a chart is
activated, nor find this bug here.
And if it's already possible, I think it should be by default.
