I have to agree with Mike that this is a WONTFIX. The row has a minsize of
27.5cm - about the size of one page. Well, it covers two pages, so it ought to
have satisfied the minsize of one page. That is a pretty weird decision on MS'
part to apply the minimum to every page. (Probably it is an implementation
error on their part that they have to live with.)
