symetrical design mockup
Here is a mockup for comment #21, to make it clearer.
The showed use case is
1) keep the physical size fixed (click on this row lock ToggleButton)
2) change resolution, e.g. 150 dpi
(keep ratio checked, so it has to be entered only once)
The sizes in pixels (the remaining row) would change accordingly.
If there is an interest,
the dynamics could be demonstrated with a small python/gtk application.
