Smooth Image Filter in Colibre
Step to reproduce
1. Insert an image in any module
2. In the image toolbar, there's Filter toolbox with all available filter for
image
3. Look at the smooth icon
The icon for does not convey what it is for. Smooth filter use color painter.
If we see other icon theme, Smooth filter use dropped water
