I discovered more about this bug:
1. It happens with native .odt files as well as with .doc files.
2. It is a bug in display only. When I added the diacritics to the file, they
are shown in the wrong place, but if I save it, closes and re-opens it the
diacritics are are all in their correct position.
Could this be a problem with the late implementation of the harfbuzz engine?
